My goals, both personally and professionally, revolve around creating a positive impact for long term value. My aspiration is to be in a position of commercial influence to bring about positive change. I commit to educating myself academically on contemporary topics, hiring diverse teams, challenging as-is, and being a vocal advocate for equity.
Drawing on my extensive international experience and global network, I think broadly and work persistently towards goals, even if it takes time. At a profound level, I am driven by the desire to create a world where organizations and individuals, can succeed authentically and joyfully in their own style, without compromising integrity.

Fortune 500 Mining company: A 3-year Australian and South African project - leading the global org and change management for an SAP implementation to consolidate multiple systems into one. Managing remote teams on Asset sites across continents, this involved culture change and adoption and development and delivery of training content. Directed Talent and Org effort for Alu and Nickel. Managed 40% of the project team, the solution of 12,000 effort days involved early adoption, communication and culture change. Double-hat as Global Training Build Lead - developing 1600 deliverables using 5300 effort days for an implementation affecting ~10,000 users.
